What is your Order Processing time?

We make every effort to process, prepare and package every order for shipping within 2-3 business days. Orders submitted before 12:00 MST are often packaged and shipped the same day. Some items are made fresh upon order and may take 1-2 days before they can be shipped.

What are your Shipping Methods?

We make every effort to make shipping as economical as possible, to include changing out some product packaging to more lightweight material, i.e. Bath Soaks are now packaged in zipper-lock, stand up food grade pouches.  


-International Shipping: Currently we ONLY ship within the US, its territories, APO/FPO, and Canada. We are exploring the possibilities for international shipping in the future.

USPS First Class Parcel (small packages, 1-3 Business Day delivery)

USPS Priority (1-3 Business Day delivery)

USPS Priority Express (Overnight delivery to most US locations)


-Free Shipping:

Free shipping is currently offered on orders $30 and over. Available for shipping within the US, its territories and APO/FPO. Shipping method is USPS Ground. 


-Ship it "Naked":

We also offer an economical and environmentally friendly packaging and shipping method on our handcrafted soaps. Upon request, on soap orders of $15-$29, we will remove the packaging and ship the soap to you "naked".  As a bonus, your wise choice will be rewarded with a $5 discount on your soap order. Enter code NAKED5 at checkout to take advantage of this wallet and earth-loving option.

Do you deliver locally?

We offer free local delivery, upon request, within Colorado Springs, CO. Purchaser must contact Diamond Bird Customer Service representatives via email at info@diamondbirdllc.com  or telephone (719) 733-3355, in order to process the order, request and coordinate delivery. Package delivery via this method will be only be attempted once and will only be delivered to the purchaser. Packages will not be left on porches, in mailboxes, etc.

Can I request a special/custom order?

Yes, within limits. Contact Diamond Bird Customer Service representatives via email at info@diamondbirdllc.com  or telephone (719) 733-3355, with details and we will work with you to craft your order.   

Is Diamond Bird involved in the community?

Yes. In addition to volunteering in the community, a portion of Diamond Bird sales goes toward donations of soap and hygiene items to Crawford House-Colorado Veterans Resource Coalition.
